An incident occurred where the resin lens cover of a new lighting device for medical institutions, which uses halogen lamps, fell due to the fasteners loosening from heat. It was nearly impossible to recall and repair the affected product, so it was essential that the customer's sales representative could easily perform the repairs themselves. The technical staff quickly created a handmade prototype based on years of experience. During the second meeting with the customer, they improved the identified issues and presented a prototype processed by a mass production machine.
